Burattino Brick Oven Pizza: Indulge in Authentic Italian Pizza and Wings in Carson, CA

Honestly might be the best pizza place in LA, it’s certainly my personal favorite. I’ve recommended and brought every friend I could to this place and I’m going to continue to do so because they literally can never disappoint. The pizza tastes amazing, the atmosphere is super welcoming and cozy, and the prices are honestly unbeatable for how good it is. So long as I live here I’m gonna keep coming back. <3

Location has shaded seating as well as tables w umbrella shade. Easy to order online. Cant go wrong with the world’s famous 120 pepperoni! Quality food. I added olives and bell peppers to the meat lovers.

Fantastic pizza! Lots of toppings and they weren't paper thin like chain pizza. Salad was topped well, too. You need to go here.

This place is a MUST GO TO in your travel plans. My husband has been watching the reels and following on instagram for a few months now. We took the opportunity to come by the location on our way home from Disney and let me tell you! It does not disappoint!! The crunch is SOOOO REAL!! The thrill is exciting. So good! You’ll be surprised you ate the whole thing! We got an XL thinking we would take some home. And only 3 pieces made it in the to go box. SUPER EXPERIENCE! My husband got to record his own crunch video. The sauces were to DIE FOR! The flavor, the lightness! The cheese! The pepperoni plus the CRUNCH while eating! I tell you! Per my husband!!!! EVERY BITE IS SOOOOOOOOOOOOO SATISFYING! It’s sad knowing you’ll get home and all other pizza will not be the same. Thank you to the owner. And all the staff for their kindness during g our visit. It’s was perfect experience to add to our trip. a birthday gift we will not forget!

Let’s just say this, traveled from Washington State to try this place (pizza) and I was not disappointed. When you start walking towards the door you can automatically smell the deliciousness. Inside they have a small sitting area for couple groups and then a counter top bar. You can watch all the pizzas, calzones, breads being prepared and cooked. Outside there are some tables for outdoor dining as well. This place is definitely worth the wait, it was definitely worth the travel. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a delicious pizza or calzone, especially with some good homemade sausage.

(Update 08.02.25) - Corrected from 3 to 5 stars. The customer service is great and the food is phenomenal! I suggest the black garlic seasoning on your pizza and purchase some to take home!

Burattinos in Carson is hands down one of the best pizza parlors I have ever been to! The pizza is out of this world, cooked to perfection in a wood-fired oven with the crispiest crust and the freshest ingredients. The service is always top-notch, with friendly staff making sure your dining experience is as enjoyable as possible.
